In this way, when the recovery bottle passes through the alkali tank, it is inevitable that the polluted alkali liquid will enter the inner wall of the bottle. The key is how to ensure the stability of the lye characteristics and the effectiveness of the spray.
2. The idea of preventing premature drying of the bottle walls. It can be seen from the experimental situation that the various ink sticks remaining on the bottle wall will stick to the bottle wall once they are dried in the empty bottle, which is difficult to be washed away. Therefore, the author believes that after the recovery bottle passes through the alkali tank, it is best to spray the bottle wall as soon as possible, so that the foreign matter on the bottle wall can be quickly washed away. That is to say, to avoid the overhead travel of the bottle after the alkali tank passes through the empty bottle, to prevent the bottle wall from drying prematurely, the temperature of the lye solution of the last group of alkali tanks should be controlled to be lower. Because, in the experiment, the author got such a revelation: when the lye at about 80 ℃ is poured out of the bottle, the empty bottle is still hot, which will inevitably accelerate the drying of the bottle wall and increase the attached foreign matter bottle. wall of opportunity. It can also be speculated that if the speed of the machine is too slow or too fast, it may be easy to stick foreign objects on the bottle wall.
3. Whether the washing machine sprays water and whether the water spray mechanism is normal. During the soaking and cleaning process of the recycled bottle, it is inevitable that the bottle wall will be polluted by the turbid lye. Therefore, the purpose and importance of blasting and spraying are self-evident. If some parts of the machine are worn or loose, the speed of the chain is unstable, sometimes the nozzle may be slightly off the mouth of the bottle, or spray, the spray pipe may have scale, the filter pipe is clogged, the seal is damaged, etc. Existence, etc., may greatly reduce the spray and spray effect. Therefore, in the process of equipment maintenance, it is also necessary to thoroughly clean the relevant parts, such as cleaning the filter cartridge, removing the standard spray tank, spray pipe, etc.
4. Reasonably arrange the bottle washing production process. New bottles and pre-washed bottles should be said to be relatively clean. Therefore, the filling-connected bottle washer should clean new bottles and pre-wash bottles after changing the base. Do not wash the bottle in the middle, continue to wash new bottles and pre-wash. Reduce the degree of contamination of the bottle to the lye and reduce or avoid the chance of foreign matter adhering to the bottle wall and failing.
5. To ensure the continuity of machine-washing work. If the bottle or other faults occur during the bottle washing process, the downtime is too long, the wall of the inverted empty bottle will dry, and the spraying will be ineffective, which will easily lead to the adhesion of the bottle wall and foreign objects. malfunction. Therefore, try to avoid frequent downtime during the washing process. If the machine starts after stopping, check the bottle before cleaning to see if there is any foreign matter stuck on the bottle wall.
6. Knowledge of the relationship between the performance of the bottle washer and the quality of the bottle washer. Judging from a series of failures of beer washing bottles with foreign bodies attached to the bottle wall, some 2-alkali tank or 3-alkali tank washing machines have foreign bodies attached to the bottle wall, and some 2-alkali tank washing machines clean dirty recycled bottles, and there is also deinking during cleaning. and smashed logos, but no similar glitches. It can be seen that the performance of the same type or different types of machines will inevitably have some differences after a period of use due to different use conditions. Some machines may not be in better condition, and there will be foreign body adhesion failures. As a result, some 3 alkaline tank washers are less effective than 2 alkaline tank washers.
7. The idea of effectively preventing lye contamination. Because the trademark ink is peeled off or the recycling bottle is dirty, it is easy to contaminate the lye. If the lye is sprayed with this polluted liquid, it will inevitably affect the cleaning effect. Therefore, it is recommended to install a filter device in the polluted alkali tank and use the filtered alkali solution for reliable spraying and bottle wall spraying.
